Drying Temps

Hi members!
I’m currently harvesting amd hanging my buds in a closet cause Only sections of my plant a are ready.
So my question is.....what’s a required temp to maintain? I have a fan oscillation on them. Prob about 17-18 degrees Celsius in that room.

Hey,
Don't point your fan directly on the buds, that causes them to fast dry and will affect end results. Your temperature is a bit on the cold side but will be fine, just try to keep the humidity below 45. You will know when they are dry enough to start curing when the branches snap easily when bent.

Ok good advice .I moved the fan so doesn’t blow on them. And the temp is actually 19.5 C.
Humidity is 50%. Everywhere I read says 50-60% is optimal. ???

I'm just letting you know the humidity range that seems to work best for me, Everyone will be a bit different. The higher humidity will cause it to dry slower, which is a good thing. So if you want to keep the rh higher that's totally up to you

I like 68°F . Use a venting strategy that makes your dry last 7-10 days while Ramping down 60 RH. Then I jar with 58 Bovita for 2 weeks minimum. Vent jars once daily stir and fluff with chopstick or skewer. Allow for moisture equalization before testing.

I use a drying box. With vent holes.
