Drying - losing smell/bad taste 7 days 60/60

I’m drying at 60F 60% humidity for 7 days and my weed is starting to lose its smell. The stems still bend but I took a sample and left it in my drawer overnight which is 35% humidity to let it dry out and it crisped up over night. The weed looks great but the scent is not as strong as it use to be. The taste is not good either and is very harsh. I flushed for 7 days in coco and prior to flush I had tapered down the runoff ppm to 225 using RO water.

I think I still have another week until the main stems of colas start snapping.

will my weed taste and smell better after 7 additional days at 60/60 compared then the one I let dry out in my drawer (6 days at 60F/60% % 1 day at 72F/35%) Or am I doing. Something something wrong here?

I should also mention I have ac infinity fan and humdifier keep my ranges between 60-63F and 55-60% humidity.

I have a clip fan pointed at the ground.

Big fan leaves were clipped and entire plant was hun upside down

canna coco feeding chart days tI only use cannaboost (PK) last week of flower which is what I watered with. Forgot to mention it wasn’t plain water I flushed with.
Don't overdry ,it will hit 60 RH before all the stems are snapping. When it feels crispy on the outside and is springy when squeezed ,put some in a jar with a humidistat and check after a few hours .If you jar too soon the smell may not be right, but if you jar right at 60 the smell may return with the cure.GL

If my drying environment is at 60% humidity how would I over dry?

Think I’ll just wait and prematurely tweaked. I took a look today and it’s smelling much better. Think the chlorophyll is still being broke down. Bud is still not dry. I’m just going for a long dry so it is basically smokeable when I remove them from the drying tent
