drying in grow tent

As long as you aren't going to be doing a grow in it I can't see it being a problem. Make sure you dry them out in the dark though. At least that's what I have picked up.

You can, but it will result in a lot more work. As soon as a branch is removed from the plant the buds and sugar leaves will immediately start to curl up. Curling makes it harder to properly trim the buds. I suggest trimming as soon as the branch is removed. Otherwise you will spend a lot more time trying to trim properly. There is no good excuse to hanging branches before trimming.

Good luck, BigSteve.

You can use your tents to dry for sure. Just make sure you are curing/drying in the dark. You don't want to degrade the THC.

I put mine on hangers then hang from the top of the tent. Set dehumidifier to 50% close it up with a fan/filter set to draw in just enough air to keep the smell down. I have a Titan control fan speed adjuster. I set the idle just high enough to keep the smell down. Then I set the temp to maintain 68/70 degrees. I chop at the base and hang the whole plant. After about 10-14 days. I then take them out remove all excess stems. What's left goes in a large bowl and back in the tent to finish. When they are ready then it goes in a mason jar to cure. You can't go wrong this way. Dry to fast and you might not be able to give it away.
(I do remove all large / young leaves that aren't usable for hash prior to hanging.)
