Drying different size plants HELP!

Hey guys, I am on my first grow. Had (3) different size plants in flower for my first grow and now I have harvested and am drying in a 4x4 tent. I have a t6 inline exhaust fan (on speed 2 of 10) and three 6 in fans pointing down at the floor.
I cut all the plants down whole, and am drying them upside down. I cannot get my temp below 68F and my humidity is sticking at about 40%. I was told I need to get that relative humidity up to about 50%. Is 40% too low with the temp at 68F?
I've heard 7-10 days on drying but with different size plants will smaller plants dry before 7days? Reading that if you pull them before 7 days you will get a "hay" taste?

they dry when they dry, the small one may have denser buds or just take longer to dry, it may dry first.

your temps an rh are in the drying window, your good to dryin those conditions. if you can get rh to 50% then do so, but dont stress it

I'm checking every day to see dryness. If the smaller plant dries quicker would you pull it obviously? Have you ever had a smaller plant dry quicker than the others?
