I would just hang like normal then after trim I'd put them in their final container. Are the pizza boxes so you do not have to hang dry?

from what info i was able to gather from reddit and here , it seems like putting in pizza boxes is better then just hang drying them but im not really 100% sure tbh :( i dont have the option of makingmy tent 60f for normal drying

I guess I can see the boxes keeping dust off but also do not allow mild air flow. I also was thinking wine cellar but you have like a 6 bottle mini-fridge unit? Hope you report back after you give it a shot. Best of luck

.

TDN take a look at the Cool Cure by Cannatrol - basically a wine cooler that controls temperature, humidity, dew point. I just bought one and Im set to use it in the next couple of weeks when my crop ripens.

.

Cool! Look forward to the updates
hey growmie getting back to you about the wine cooler dry , it worked out GREAT . The humidity jump ups the first week to around 70% but after talking to 2 other ppl with experience in this they both told me this would happen and not to worry and the humidity will drop after this first week which it did . If i set my wine cooler to 56 it stays around 60/60 pretty accurately. My wine cooler is old af I bought it on offerup for 50 bucks so this was def worth it . NO hay smell and the terps are still loud asf , one plant I wet trimmed and the one I got drying now I did not and im experimenting now to see if it makes a difference with my dry method.

most of those posts are people asking like me lol except that one dude who built a dehumidifier into his wine cooler. would love to hear from someone who actually has done it already
I have a wine cooler with a dehumidifier and Inkbird controller. It works fantastically, but it must be a thermoelectric wine cooler not a compressor based one, otherwise it’s just like drying in a regular fridge, which is why the pizza boxes would be used to keep them from drying too quickly. If you convert a thermoelectric cooler there is no need for pizza boxes, I can leave buds in there for several months if wanted, then move to grove bags when I need to run a new batch. There are a couple of us on here that have converted wine fridges.
