Dropped My Germinated Seed on the Ground

Well i was planting my other germinated seed this morning, and in attempt to be as careful with it as possible, i was using sterilized tweezers. I was trying not to crush it, and it just fell out of the tweezers lol. Do you guys think it'll be okay?

Yeah just rinse it off if it has problems with mold later water with Azamax or wait a couple weeks and do to be safe rather than sorry.

only if the tip wasn't damaged, Murphy's law says it would land tip first
if the root is still increasing in length it's ok.
Well i just picked it up and put it in the soil i was trying to put it in the first place lol, hopefully she'll come out to see the lights :(.

To be honest, I wouldn't use tweezers anymore for that, you're more likely to crush or drop it than actually do ANY good that you're intending to do by using that.

As someone else said, they grow in dirt. Just wash your hands before handling them and all should be fine. Good luck with the grow.

You will be amazed at what they can take.. dropped my critical+ seed germed and broke the tap root half off.. harvested it last week probably the most beautiful plant I ever had.. people worry about these too much.. they are tougher and more resilient then most think.

I am obsessing so much over these seeds, i'm guessing it's because i bought them and they aren't bag seeds lol. I keep thinking i'm going to over water or under water them.

When i put my seed in the soil and watered it, the soil kinda sunk down, does that mean the seed went down further aswell?

:) newbie mistake...okay, next time, u water the soil first, not the other way around. u should take ur cup or small pot & water until it runs through then let it sit a little bit. THEN, you put ur seed in the soil & cover it up, that is it. This way when u water u will only have to mist the top of the soil as to prevent seed shifting & of course drowning it. so yes it may have moved but my guess would be what happened if anything was when it sank ur soil compacted more around the seed, which in effect could take it twice as long (if this is the case) to break through. in any case, just leave it be, let it dry out on top, before u water again, & this time ONLY mist!

Alright thanks, i'll leave it be, but only mist to water the seed?

3 second rule or you plant it where it lands
Don't think they'd yield too much growing on hard wood floor lol :P. But despite the fact that the soil may have compacted around the seed, and maybe pushed it deeper down... It will eventually come up right?
