It'll be fine. Just cut the brown part off. She's tougher than you think.

she will make it, i can tell you how many times i did that. lol.
she stinks to high hell bt i keep her in the house till flowering then im thinking of puttin her out side it will be nice temps out then it will be a good bit into spring.
