Oh I Should have plenty of space. The girls are 16" tall now and I have 24 inches left to raise my lights. I would have more but the inline fan gets in the way. I just don't like to grow trees anymore, I like to keep em short and stout. If they get to big all the lowers suffer from lack of light. I might invest in some side lighting in the future. It seems there is always something to buy.

I just bought some bubble bags a few days ago and I'm waiting on them to be shipped. So I'm gonna be making bubble hash for the first time here in a couple of weeks. I have around 2 lbs of trim in my freezer from last summers outdoor grow. I plan on documenting it here so it should interesting to see how that turns out.

I made some iso hash for the first time out of my trim from the NL5 about a week ago and it turned out pretty damn good. So I can't wait to see how the bubble turns out.

I was cruising youtube the other day to watch some hash making vids and I found this method with dry ice that looks pretty cool. I'd like to try that sometime as well but I don't know where to buy dry ice around here but I'll be tracking it down.

Here is a shot of the ISO hash I made. I've just been breaking it up and putting in a joint or I'll put a little weed in me pipe and lay the hash on top. When I hit it with the lighter it melts down into the bud. I wish I had something proper to smoke it out of but unfortunately I don't. So I'll just have to make due with what I got.

Peace.

Thanks brah. I'm a total noob at hash making too. I got plenty of it to experiment on, so I hope I'm a pro by the time I go through it all.

You can get dry ice at most supermarkets or if you order meat or other perishables online they ship it with dry ice. That would be pretty sweet to get some fat juicy steaks and some dank as hash!

I might check out the local butcher or the super market sometime this week and see what's around. Hmmm,I may have a little bubble and some dry ice hash. I not in to big a hurry though because I want to make the bubble first.

Thanks everybody for your kind words.

Thank you my friend. The 600 HPS is really kickin it in there. After 10.5 hours the temp is only 81 degrees at canopy level. That's only a 3* difference from the 400. I'm starting to think I could get away with a 1000 watter in there, but the true test will come this summer when the outside temps are on the rise. I can't wait to see the what kind of bud production I get with the new light.

Peace.

hey dropastone ive been asking around about the sunpulse 3k. I noticed u used one to flower your grow.Would you recommend it?How were your yeilds compared to an HPS.

also sfsurfer used one and recommended it.He mentioned he yeilded a little less than his HPS grows but likley because of temp issues. His bud with sunpulse was much frostier than HPS aswell.curious to see your yields compared to yor HPS grows.

i bet your girls are loving that 600. wouldn't a 1000 be a little over kill in a small closet like that?
Ohhh yeah, there loving it alright and they've been growing like crazy. I should have went with a 600 from the beginning but I was worried about heat issues. Hmmm, a 1000 watter could be overkill but one can only dream. I think could pull it off in the winter but definitely not in the summer. That's a long ways off if I ever try to attempt that.

Well, I was growing a new strain at the time and it was the first time I used the bulb, so I can't really give you a comparison between the two. It did produce some fat cola's though.

Overall I liked the bulb and I would grow with it again, but I wouldn't want to recommend it to anybody at this time because I don't have that much experience with it.

It's a shame I only used it once. That bulb cost's around a 100 bucks and I only got 850 hrs on it. I may have future plans for it in a 3rd grow room but the room needs a lot of work.

Thank you for your honesty dropastone. Its just ive been hearing alot of hype (good&bad)about sunpulse from alot of people who DONT use them.Ive recently posted on a couple of growers that used them and they are generally happy only thing was yeilds were a bit low but likley from other problems. I think ill try it out.
