I was thinking of doing a scrog grow but it just seems like so much more work, I think I'm going to get a few SOG grows under my belt before i undertake such a project. Will a one thousand watt switchable unit will do me well for a 6x6 area? 36 plants SOG style, that's one per sq. ft.

36 plants is alot to fuck with your first time, IMO.

Looks awesome considering what you have to work with. The only thing I saw was that the stems look very thin and frail- maybe get more air blowing them around? Other than that very nice. I hope your arm gets better!

Well, I'm not sure on where you're growing or how big of a prob it will be...but my grow consisting of 4 plants gave my whole house a weedy smell during the last few weeks of flowering, without using anything to out the smell besides the fans...and it looks like you're growing a bit more than I...so just a heads up is all...

Have you looked into some kind of light reflection for the interior of your flower box? Actually, if you bought panda film you could not only line the inner walls with it, but cover the top with it as well...freeing up some sheets and making better use of your light.

lol im actually in the preperation stages for controlling the smell in my grow. now i have homemade filter ana 6 inch 270 cfm can fan pumping the rooom. i plan on getting a 10 inch can fan and a huge carbon filter. i have a feeling this scrog is ganna stink, also i can always use the can fan and filter later.

Well, it wouldn't be my first time, it would be my second, and early in the grow i was prob taking care of 25 plants(all from bagseed). I think i can do it. Especially because I'm not starting any more seeds until i can afford some equipment and set up a real room. My current grow has been a wonderful learning experience and i'm just sort of ready to be finished with it so i can start a new grow with more knowledge on my side from the beginning.

I do run a fan where I veg but i never really set one up in the flower box. But thanks i will definitely look into that. And yes, my arm is getting better but i think i have to have surgery.

Yeah, it does make the house a little stinky. But acutally it was much more stinky before because i had 6 big mature plants. But 5 of them ended up being male and now i have less smell makers. Plus the smell helps me sleep.Nothing i'm going to do now about it. But i will buy a carbon filter before i start my next grow.
