Droopy Seedling Leaves Help First Time

This is my second grow. The first time I started with clones. My leaves are drooping. HELP ME PLEASE!

Ok, so I started seedlings, in a dome/tray, under a 65w led bulb. 2 days ago, I moved them under a 3000w led (615w actual) about 45" away. I also put in a 2nd humidifier, and let my oscillating fan barely blow over them, causing them to twitch not away. Yesterday, I removed the plant ties helping keep them upright, and put a little bit more soil around the base of the stems (just enough to be able to remove the plant ties). Temps are around 75, and humidity around 60%. I just moved the light to 30" away and watered them right before this picture. What should I do or what could be the cause? The seedlings on the left are about 4-5 days older than the girls on the right.

you have 4 plants in a single pot. the roots are all competing for space and soaking up water super fast. you'll probably end up having to water these twice a day just to suffice their needs. Transplant these into 1 gallon pots for each and they will be a lot happier and youll have to water a lot less. Youll have to seperate them so be careful with the roots, but they should rebound quickly.

Thanks for the reply. They are actually in little individual planters. I've been thinking about transplanting but only have my final 3 gallon pots available. There are 8 plants total. 2 sets of '6 individual planters pots'. Like I said, I had to add slightly more soil to keep them upright, which covered up the ridges between each planter. Is the 3 gallon smart pots ok? I really don't want to transplant twice if I can help it.

You are right though, I'm watering frequently. Not twice a day, but about every 30 hours. I'm really worried about the sudden droopy leaves. Are they going to be ok? Is this normal?
