Roots are turning a yellow color. Water temp was 74.3 F this morningThe new growth started drooping. I believe it’s water temps.

tent climate when I checked this morning was 74.3 f
RH 58%

All day yesterday I was able to keep water temp at 68.
I don't agree. In the pics I'm posting, if you look on the meter, I have 73 degree water in my bucket....

I reckon you still have light stress. What is the spec of your light and how far is it from the plants? You say you have set it at 60%, 60% of how much?

I have a 4x4 with 600w from 4 x TS1000. My plants are in late veg and I am only giving them 50% at 50cm - 60cm (24" - 28") from the canopy. When my plants were at the stage yours are at I was running the lights at 30% at the same distance.

Cannabis plants don't need a lot of light in veg, especially when they're that small. A par meter would probably be a helpful tool for you.

At the very least you will save a chunk of cash off your electricity bill.
That's not how LEDs work. It doesn’t necessarily change the amount of power used because it actually uses small rapid interruptions in the flow of electricity which produces the dimmer effect our eyes perceive That's why they always say the dimmers save energy, not electricity. Incandescent's use heat loss for dimming which is wasted energy.

All I know is that if I plug mine into a watt meter and turn them down the watts drop accordingly. I notice the difference in my bills.
