droopy plant

so trying to take all i know and save my two plants failed, so to speak. Both plants were infected with bugs in my soil so i replanted but first washed my roots and plants and sprayed it with neem oil. One completely lost its edge and the plant became over watered. The other was lucky but the leaves are down like being over watered but still has a chance to come back. Is my plant going to regain growing consciousness?

got pics man? it would be much more helpful to get some solid advice with some visualization.

That brown on the edges keep appearing on my plant now, starting on the bottom. I moved my light away a bit. My roots were soaked when i flushed it when it was attacked by bugs in the soil but put it in a new 5 gal pot with new soil, nuts at the bottom 10-10-10.
