Droopy leaves

I have the same problem with my plant in full sun.
Seems happiest in partial, dappled sunlight..
Wonder if it has something to do with an acclimation process. I dunno..

If your plants are well watered, they should tolerate the full sun. My girls did not droop on the days it was over 100. On the days it was due to get really hot, I got out there at 8 in the morning and misted them all down good with filtered water and checked the soul moisture. They dropped more bottom leaves than usual during the brunt of the heat waves but they are doing great.

Sounds like a lack of water to me. The plants are using/evaporating water in the sun/heat of the day, and when they don't have enough, the leaves will flag.

Big plants need LOTS of water.

yeah this is also happening to my in-ground plants.....i looked it up and it was some sort of deficiency but i can't remember what the exact cause was. I'm going into town to get some Age Old nutes pretty soon. Where do you get your BPN?? Do you have to special order it? What is the price range on it? sorry if I'm asking too much lol

My media is never dry for long. I tend to keep it moist, but not wet.
Wonder if my wilting in full sun was in part due to the undersized pot and poor media?
Just fixed both issues today. So we'll see..

mine are in the ground and droop in the sun too.....I water....let dry out.....water...and so on. it is definitely something going on at the root system though.....mine are green and healthy as fuck other than the wilting.

Have you ever noticed when you take clones outside the humid environment they begin to wilt because their root mass are small and it's a harsher climate.

I got a soil moisture probe this year and it is the best little tool. I have heavy black clay soil that is otherwise great but holds moisture so I am always concerned lest I overwater (this year not a problem, lol). I have so many plants (fruit trees, veggies, roses, etc.) that it really helps me. I use my common sense too, but appreciate the additional input the device gives me. Highly recommend one of these.

i have a moisture probe as well.....

Heat stress dropping leafs put your plant under the shade of a tree with some sunlight beaming through the top that should keep them content and worry free about the heat stress

Shit I live in cen vallay, Ca, and it get's in 100's in summer all the time, my plants love the 100f sun, now there in the ground, also added, 50/50 mix of Kellogg soil with my native soil.

Got different strains too, and all are loving the hot ass Cali sun.

If plants are droopy for a week or 2, but green have water, in the ground?It can't be from the heat.
