Hello! I am new to this forum although I have already gained a great deal of knowledge from reading and researching the past few months.
I'm new to growing and every problem I've had I've been able to figure out by searching. But I am at a total loss now and have no idea what's wrong with my girl.
Ok so, plants were in clone bubbler for 2 weeks, transplanted 2 plants per net cup, per 2 1/2 gallon bucket. (Bad idea, I know this now) vegged for 4 weeks, flipped 12/12 2 weeks ago. The plants were doing great until yesterday I noticed a slight droop.
I figured lack of DO although the other plant was fine. So I flushed a gallon of RO water through the net pot and pulled out 400ppm worth of build up, changed air stone, added another pump and stone and put plants back. This did absolutely nothing to help.
I also noticed a large tap root making the net cup bulge out, so I cut the net cup to relieve pressure off the root, again this did not help.
Growing in dwc.
Temperature stays at about 80 and 75 during their night period.
Water temp stays warm( no thermometer) and ice is added if excessive heat is noticed.
2.5 watt 2 port pump connected to a 4" stone
Also added a 2 watt pump with a 1" bubbler.
GH Maxigrow for veg, switched to Maxibloom for flower.
I use a beneficial bacteria tea.
pH stays between 5.5-6.3
PPM was at 1200, and was lowered to 750 after roots were slightly flushed
600w hps in a 3x3x8 area
Oscillating fan blows on plants
Roots look healthy, stained from nutes
Think I got everything, if not just ask.
The plant appears to be "over watered". Leaf stems are still standing out but leaves are drooping and only getting worse. The plant shares a net cup and bucket with another plant that is perfectly fine. The sick plant is the bigger out of the 2.
This started about 24 hours ago. I took the plants off their stand so I could pull out dead foliage and cut off a few of the tiny lower branches. There was probably a 5-10 degree temperature change. After the plants had been on the ground for about 5 mins I noticed it drooping.
Anyone have any idea? Disease? Strangulation by the other plants roots? Will temperature shock make plants droop?Thank you!
