Droopy leaves at week 9 of flowering

Hi guys. I am hoping someone would be able to give me some insight on whatever is affecting one of my plants. Just to clarify, I am not over or under watering my plants. Looks like what FF says. Try following the curled leaves' stems into the bud and peel the bud open to take a look.
