Droopy leafed seedlings

I'm a noob and this is a first grow. Noticed the leaves are drooping on these youngin'. Feeding GH grow, bloom, micro at 250 ppm. Any ideas?

looks like overwatering and nute burn!you can see a few burn spots on one of the leaves!i only know about growing in soil and you dont need to start giving nutes untill about the 3rd or 4th week.
