That's a lot of light for those small plants, they don't have enough roots to make use of it yet. Could also be watering too often. Don't see any obvious deficiencies in the leaves, or any curled 'taco' leaves which would indicate heat stress.

I also am a caregiver here in Michigan, next time you need quality clones PM me here, all my clones are a min of 5" tall and extreamly well rooted!
Good luck bro!

Rasie the light off them a good 3 or 4 feet for right now and let them catch up on the root growth. It doesn't look like heatings an issue. It looks like there wasn't enough roots, and using that high output of lighting is telling them to grow foilage instead of rooting better. You have to have a stable root system before new leaves grow, otherwise it can't keep up with its self. You may want to back off the watering as well. Wait until you can stick a finger down the side of the pot a good 2 or 3 inches down without feeling moisture to water them again.

I agree raise the light and dont over water or over fertilize tell you see some good leaf growth.I would spray them with some water on the bottom of the leaves and also spray the soil tell it is moist, but dont over water.I and don't spray the leaves when the lights are on best to do it when during your dark cycle

when you transplanted you should have seen LOTS of roots all round the edges, if not you transplanted far too early thats all, so more water than the plants can suck up at the moment, Dont water them, just take a 2 liter pop bottle cut the bottom off and put it over each plant with the top open. Leave like this for 2 days.
