Drooping plant

I have 1 plant that started drooping after i installed my new lights. Plus a check this morning and now it looks like another plant is drooping.
The plants are autoflower and 7 weeks old.
the old lights were 2pc 300w burples.
I now have 4 qb288 r1 boards running around 50% on the driver adjuster.
the lights are on 20 off 4 hours
This morning i turned the adjuster all the way down and can recheck the plants tonight.
nutes dyna gro bloom 3-12-6
plants are in 3.5 gallons of happy frog.
normal water schedule is pick up plant check weight then finger poke to second knuckle, water 1-3 cups daily.
Last night i flushed the plant with 1 gallon of well water ph checked down to 6.35
the water that came out of the drainage measured at ph 6.45
I always have to lower the ph of my water as it is around 8.7 ph right out of the pump and heavy iron and very hard water.
The photo plants that are same age and in same tent look great.
I have a 200cfm fan and carbon filter running 24 hours
temps and RH range show in the first pic.

Plants can droop from over watering, do you have good drainage in your pots? Cannabis likes warmer temps too, if possible. 78-82 is a decent range for LED, some like it higher. Cool temps can mean slow growth and less yield.

my tent is in the basement and its winter here. The drooping started 5 days ago and i have been reading up on what it might be. i let the plant fast no water for 2 days and the soil was really dry and the pot very light and the plant still droops. I don't think i have been over watering but this is my first indoor grow and learning as i go. Again the photo plants look great right next to the autoflower. This is a pic 7 days ago the day i installed the new lights. oh the pots have about 15, 1/2" drainage holes in the bottom and the soil still seems to be non compacted.

Not that i have seen.
I am only guessing i may be driving the autos to hard on the 20 hours of light.
I was hoping to runs the auto on 20 hours till harvest then go 12/12 for the photos.
The photos are now big enough and maybe i should do the switch on the timer now.
What do you all think?

she’s probably thirsty when my plants start to droop after no water for a few days I give them water and there back praying but with your plants getting bigger it needs more water. Honestly it’s common sense, if your soil is dry you water if your pot is light you water the plants will grow on there own It’s not rocket science.

And they won’t perk back up instantly I would leave them alone and check back in eight hours they should be back to regular

well i have been trying not to over water as i know that is worse then under watering.
I have increased the water amount as the plants have grown, but i may have fallen behind on the amount.
I just don't want to lose one of the stanky girls. here is the autos strain. BCN Critical XXL Auto by Seed Stockers

You can’t overwater if your not doing it everyday and if you listen to your plants cuz yeah I completely understand I wouldn’t want to lose any either but trust me when I say .. listen to your plants. and with you still being In veg cycle they are craving water right now. Like it doesn’t matter if You watered two days ago, your soil is dry and your pots are light she’s telling you I’m thirsty. I have 3 plants right now and they all take water differently I literally don’t have a watering schedule I just go by the soil.
