I have 5 white widowx mango plants under x2 23 watt daylight CFLs, 1 42 watt daylight CFL, x1 15 watt flouro daylight tube, and 1 15 watt UV "grow" flouro tube.
the temp is around 26-31 from night to day, humidity is around 60
they are on day 37 and the last 4-5 days all the lower leaves on the plant are turning pale green and drooping like mad, I thought it might be light, so I added the 42 watt CFL last night, I woke up today and its gotten much worse, the "growers bible" says its a problem with nitrogen, from what i've gathered from around the site it could be over wattering but the leves are showing any yellowing

pics comin when my sister wakes up

k well the leaves are starting to yellow a bit, a couple even curled and got really crispy but still green with a bit of yellow, I pulled off any leaf that was 50% or more damaged
growing seems to have stopped too :wall:

Heres some pics,
What can I do to save these girls?

well I transplanted them into a soiless miricle grow planting mix, with nitrogen, potassium, magnisium, and added calcium from these little beed things i got from a buddy, said they came from the hydroponics shop

gave them water with a ph of 5.7-5.8ish and full nutes

they perked right the fuck back up :bigjoint:

kinda wish I hadn't pulled off so many dying leaves...
on the other hand it might focus growth to the top

Hmm, that plant looks awefully big to be in a drinking cup. Maybe a transplant into a pot with enough soil to keep it well fed would help!

Transplant and why are u nuting already. Those bead things are time released nutes and why is ur ph so low you're not doing it hydro 6.3-6.6 is where I keep my water for soil. Oh and 31 will kill them too.. or at least make it rough on them... you have acouple problems

Are you using Organic choice MG? I had the same problem all the way through my last grow. But there is MG Organic for veggies I might try but never the one with out Nitrogen again.

Thanks guys, I was waiting to transplant because i going for a night root ball to avoid stress.

I don't think its the organic MG,

I'm givin them nutes, 'cause the lable shows the plants established thier first cycle of feeding, so I figure now would be a good time to start feeding them.

Its been just under 24 hours since i transplanted them and they made a full recovery.

I still have alot of reading to do, and i appreciate your time boys!
:leaf:

so 6.5 for the little guys, I have 5 purple kush plants in thier 5th week of flowering, what the recommended ph for them? I've been giveing them 5.8-6.

its this fuckin 1000 watt hps in my floweirng room (closet)
i hate it, wasting so much power, + the 2 fans and I have pointed at it, and the 120$ blower i got from the hydro shop, its been really warm and humid outside, so i have a dehumidifier running 24/7. the temps outside are dropping so it is going down, so I;ve got lots of cold air coming in.

I'm getting rid of the light in a few weeks, adding either a 400 watt hps, or 2 105 watt CFL and a few 42s/23s.
