drooping leaves

what exactly does this mean? i thought they did this when they needed water but ive been giving them a good amount. i gave them something to drink last night turned the lights off around 12am, turned them back on at 8am and the leaves on a few plants are drooping down pretty bad.. these are still young plants only 2 inched growing second set of leaves now.

i was only giving them a small amount, maybe a few ml.. should i not do this and just do what you said and only water them every few days?

yeah maybe overwatering. the same thing is happening to a few of my plants. we have gotten 17 inches of rain this month alone. im suprised they arnt fallen over yet! ps. heres my back yard :) I have 8 acres. 4 acres just grass and 4 acres woods
