Drooping leaves, quite dry, mostly green [photos]

Good day and thanks for taking the time to read my post (first one too!).

I have one Jack Herer plant that has taken a turn for worse, but it's had a pretty rough ride unfortunately.

It did droop once before but I was pretty sure I over-watered it. I let it go without any water for a while and it perked back up. However now I had the drooping again and I think I have allowed the humidity to get too low as the leaves seem dry. I have added some nutrients along the way, but only in what I considered small doses and have since given up on this.

The plant is at Day 27 from planting. I try to keep the tap water I add at pH 6.2-6.8, but after seeing the plant not recovering from drooping I have added some straight tap water just in case the pH of the soil is too low. It was growing in a potting soil initially in a very small pot, and has since been transplanted into this 6 inch pot with a pro mix.

I have been trying to keep the atmosphere much more humid than it was as I'm under the impression this could help.

As a newbie I don't really know what more to say so I would appreciate it if you have any questions.

What you want to do is transplant that into a bigger container, whilst trying not to water her too much, so oftenly.
After you transplant her she should bounce back into gear :)

Thanks for that advice. I will go to do that now. I think I have been following some bad advice because I've been seeing lots of people on here growing in huge pots compared to mine. Very much appreciated The2TimEr :) Of course I'd love to hear from others to. Do you agree this could be a large part of the problem?

The pot she's in now is still a starter pot. She is crying out for more root space... i'd recommend finding an 10 litre or larger pot for her.

Transplant is done and there were a ton of little roots at the bottom of the pot so clearly they were desperate for more space like you said.

I will post an update on its progress in the next few days.

Thank you for the responses so far.

Bigger pot, my plant was drooping too, but once it got into it's 18l pot it took off, and i'v been trying to control it ever since... And at dark period plants sleep/droop, but they perk up when the lights come back on.

The next few days turned into the next few weeks. Sorry about that.

Again I would really appreciate your advice on my grow. After the transplant things seemed to move on very well. I'm about one week since the switch to flowering. The pistils are showing and the new growth seems to be show according to what I have seen in reference material.

However, in the last few days the fan leaves have started drooping again. Since just before the switch I was watering 200ml every 2 days on to the top soil. It seemed to be fine like this but maybe the effects have been delayed? What kind of watering schedule do you think I should keep to? Also the bottom two sets of leaves are dead, as visible in the photos, but I think this is fine. Do I need to prune these?
Due to circumstances out of my control really I struggle with temperatures but have been trying to keep on top of it, but please correct me if I'm not keeping them within the tolerance levels.

Temps -
Lights On: 24-26.8 Celsius
Lights Off: 19.5-20.8 Celsius

Light cycle: 12/12
Humidity: 42-53%
Water pH: 6.3-6.8
Fert: BioBizz Grow (only used three times at strength 1ml/L, in 200ml feeds)

I really hope the pot I bought wasn't too small again :(

First your container is fine. Next, stop watering regularly and water when it is needed instead. Overwater = #1 cause of death in plants cared for by man. Drooping leaves can be a definite early sign. Also, what type/size light are you using? Do you have a lot of air moving in the room?

I'm using a 400W dual spectrum bulb and I'd say there is enough, or maybe too much air moving around the plants if that can be a problem? The leaves do shake I guess continuously with the air movement. I haven't been able to find much information on what kind of plant shake would impede growth. Any thoughts on that?

Windbeaten plants can resemble nutrient problems any day. Keep air moving AROUND them and not over them. If a young plant is just barely moving in the air it is enough to help build stem strength.

I'm really hoping there is more advice from you guys because nearly all the fan leaves are drooping from the stems (as in the stems are bending not the leaves themselves). Otherwise things seem generally healthy, and I haven't watered in over 3 days and the soil is very dry and powdery. I know my temps are getting to the higher end of the spectrum, but can overheat cause these symptoms anyway? Is it possible that high humidity could cause this? I think my hydrometers are placed in bad places for good readings and I have a humidifier near one of the ducts? Otherwise could it be the air being sucked in through this vent and shaking the leaves? Many thanks
