Either heat stress or an overwatering. They look fine to be honest, but for the love of mary move that cfl back slightly, you may end up bleaching the poor pigments out with too much physical light.

Neuts. In seedlings. Dare i ask the logic. The soil SHOULD be nuteless for seedlings, with good reason. They cook easily and burn.
