Drooping leaves help!!!!

Hey doing my Second grow and I've come across droopy leaves when my lights are off but they rise back up when the lights are on. My rh is at 50 to 55 and my room 73 night 83 day there not dry or over watered either stressing me out my last batch didnt do this could it be the type.of strain or am I fucking them up
