Drooping flowers

My plants seem to be drooping when the lights are off and some times when the lights are on too. i was wondering if this is normal? if not what could i do? Also how big should the pot be if i want to grow my plants like 1.5-2 feet before i flower?

maybe overwaterd? you would probs need pics to properly identify the problem. and the pot should be no bigger than 8 inches(i think) ;P
