Drooping,dark colour?

Hey everyone im new to the forum and to growing this is my first grow and its just bagseed, it was doing pretty ok but its gotten dark green and the leaves are curling under i searched the forums and saw lots of up curling but mine roll down now yellow or brown though its also drooping/sagging some. i thought maybe root bound so i moved it up to a bigger pot today. i know its small but it started growing under two normal cfls its now under 1 70 watt hps and 5 daylight cfls for side lighting. its one month old from seed. any help would be great i have no nutes nothing just tap water that i set out for 24 hours, i water it twice a week thoroughly. walmart potting soil and the above light setup. thanks for any input or help id just like to not see it die lol im mainly growing for the experience.

the yellow/orange colour is just my hps. its all green and starting to smell.

Looks to be in need of some nitrogen. Under direct light do they stand back up? my plants leaves droop when the lights go out I guess to cool off. Also ur ph might be screwed up.

To me this looks like N Toxicity caused by too much N probably from the soil and a possible PH problem causing another element to be locked out.

Do you know if the soil you are using is rich in nutrients? It should have said something on the bag you got it in.

i think ur soil is the problem. mine gave me tons of problem when i bought the bag. i reuse them 6 month later and things work out better. repot them but use a different soil that doesnt feed it for 3 months or more

its moisture control it has perlite in it, the back says this:
0.21-0.07-0.14

total nitrogen-0.21%

available phosphate-0.07%

available k2o-0.14%

iron-0.10%

its got 4 cfls on the sides (2each side) and a 70watt hps above it all about 4 inches from the plant, havent fed it anything and it gets watered friday mornings and tuesdays. its currently in a gallon pot now.

the branches do stand up when under light for a bit but the leaves are still curling weird some with in the center instead of the edges of the leaf. the ones curling are the big three prong leaves (fan leaves i believe? or water leaves)

You need to consider a feeding regimen, those numbers are dismal. Get your PH worked out first. If you are using tap water, your PH is either too high if the water is hard, or too low if it is soft. It is rare to get tap water near 6.5. If the PH is off, some elements may get locked out and the plant can't absorb them.

Something not even mentioned here is transplant shock. As suggested earlier, don't do a whole bunch of shit now, let the plant recover, but get your PH in line so the plant can benefit when you start feeding. Your color looks ok, if it starts to lighten up, feed it.

hmm... show us ur grow room. do u have a fan?

i appreciate all the help, where can i get a ph tester? cause like i said i have no idea on the water level just sat out tap water. and yeah i know to let it recoop from transplant before stressing it with something else. and if it is soft or hard how do i level it out?

it has a small 8 inch fan near the plant and a ceiling above it its my whole bedroom pretty much lol

its the corner of a big closet but i always keep the closet open

Assuming that the PH of your water is okay, they should recover nicely after they take to the transplant. But, I also agree with jondamon that it does look a bit like N toxicity, with those 'clawing' leaves. Hmm....tough call. I'd wait and see how it reacts to the fresh soil, and that'll tell you if they were hungry, or overfed.

i watered it a little after the transplant but not thoroughly (until i saw a small bit of run off) shoudl i water it fully or wait?

Get yourself a PH dropper testing kit and some ph down/up

make sure you PH everything going in and test your runoff from time to time.

ahhh! i still havent gotten a ph kit (cars broke down ) but gettting one tonight, anyway i got home jsut now and my bottom leaves one is turning yellow and the one on the opposing side from it is completely shriveled up and almost dead. will leveling the ph fix it? any advice on helping it recover from this?
