dro how to

new to "dro'.

whats better DWC or Aero? To me it seems easy to build a dwc.

Also what should the ph be at, and if it's too high or low how do i fix it.

What kind of nutes or supliments are need.

well you see... i'm kinda retarted when it come to dro, i'm a dirt guy.

I seen that i can get little coco coir blocks that will take a seed to rooting stage.
And read the ph part of the grow faq.

but the idea of dro just kinda scares me. i don't want to invest alot of time and money into a project, and have it fucked up.

IMO drain is the easyest to do.. and use pet pellets for the seeds.. read some more there's lots of info on this forum read on bro read on

ok thanks, i did some reading and i think i'm going to try to build an aeroponic system (or 2 so i can have bout 20 plants) with ultrasonic fogger. putting an airstone in the bottom of that. using heavy dudy totes.

Aeroponic is very complicated and requires a lot of work and study on your part. Don't go there. Start with simple passive dwc, a tote, netpots and rockwool, 3 or 4 large airstones and a very good air pump. You need to study up on pH and nutes, but that's the system you need. Don't let anyone sell you water pumps and feeder tubes.

i have 800w to use, duel ballest that runs hps and Mh at the same time. I'm trying to figure out what size tote(s) and how many sites, i might do sog.

Can you have a deep tote with an aeroponic system, dwc under that, and fog ponics. Or is this just over kill?
