hey i think you will be ok that is fast for the roots to be comming out but damn.. i think you will be ok till you get some new soil..not too sure tho, i know when my plants were in the big pots there were roots comming out towards the end of my grow and i just left it and everything turned out fine. but because your plants are so young i am not sure.
