Dreaming Of A "HSO Blue Dream" (Indoor) *Grow Journal.

Hello Everyone, I hope you all are doing well today. I decided after much deliberation with myself to make a journal of my grow.
There are already so many journals out there, But I know there are those who are always happy to see the fruits of another persons labor.

So we are growing : Blue Dream from Humboldt Seed Organisation
Growing in: Pro Mix Soil
Feed with: Fox Farm Nutrients
Light Source: Spectrum King SK602

Plants are currently 3 weeks old.
They were transplanted last week from the small pots they were in as seedlings to 5 gallon buckets where they will make there permanent home.

Plants were topped at the 4'th internode.

So far I am very happy with the genetics. The plants are very fast growers. They show a lot of vigor and promise.

Here is another quick update.

Currently 4 weeks old.

Growth rate is very nice. I have noticed one on the top left corner doing the best and shows the most sativa dominant leaves out of the bunch, A lot more stretching and thinner leaves.

The middle one seemed to had slowed down a little or is just a bit more bushy. We will see how she picks up in the coming weeks.

And the 3 others are at about the same pace.

Over all they are all looking healthy and are getting feed.

I do still plan to veg them for a few more weeks.

This should be fun.

Hope everyone is having a good weekend, I had some extra time today and decided to give the garden a bit of tender.
The plants are 2 days shy of being 5 weeks old. I will post another update then just to keep the weekly updates consistent.
So the plants are very healthy and leafy and were asking for a haircut, They really wanted some light to the lower branches.
After there haircut i wanted to give her some gymnastics training. Her branches were tied down giving her a larger footprint.

I added some pictures of the before and after.
I hope i am doing alright, if anyone has any suggestions or questions feel free to comment.
I am curious to know what other think so far.

I'm enjoying Blue Dream now, a beautiful strain. I'm also growing it again and have some cuttings rooting. I can't say enough about this strain.

Plants are officially 5 weeks old today. Happy Birthday plants!
They are doing well since the haircut and gymnastics training, So far.
The tops of the branches that were tied down are starting to perk back up toward the light.
The plants are drinking a lot of water now. Almost more then i can distill. I may either give some tap water or buy some distilled from the store.
Right now i am debating when to flip the switch. When the grow first started i was aiming for 9 weeks veg, but then came down to 8, Now am in the 6-7 range. But They are really big already and i think it will be best flip at 6 weeks but we will see how they look then and make a decision.

Thanks Man I appreciate it. Im really excited to see them express themselves thru there flowering. I think this is the week for them to spread there wings and im gona be right there to try and listen to what they need to get to there very best.

I seen some of yourself,really cool.Looks like you got some good harvests of some good medecine.

Today is the 6 week anniversary of my lovelys
They have grown quite a bit since the last update and have been drinking like crazy.
The girls are too big to hold back any longer, lights have been switched to 12/12.
And they are being feed accordingly.
The lights have been raised almost all the way to to top.
I am hoping they dont try to grow thru the roof or out the window

Its been one week since the lights have been flipped to 12/12 and they grew 8-9 in.
These girls want to reach for the stars.

Today the plants are 7 weeks old. 6w veg/1w flower.
Girls are getting a lot more water as they are drinking almost 2x as much.
They have stretched a lot and it has become a jungle in the grow space.
The plants are super healthy and have been flowering for 1 week but have yet to really be bursting with pistils.
I am hoping they explode with flower and blow me away.
I hope anyone viewing this tread is enjoying it and will be blown away also.

A couple of hours and the ladys are waking up.
I will update with how much more they have grown since last week.
I can tell you this much it was a lot.

It has been 2 weeks since the lights have flipped 12/12, And the lady's really wanted to strut there stuff for me today.
They have doubled since the last week going from 8-9in to 17-18in.
The stalks are meaty.

I will have a further update in a few days when they officially turn 8 weeks old

I hope you all are as excited as i am for my weekly update tomorrow.
But for today, I couldnt help but give you guys another small bite.

So i knew the ladys wanted another haircut but i dident really know how much they actually needed one.
The grow space has become such a jungle that It wouldnt be advised to try and take each plant out one by one to work on.
Squeezing my butt around the sides was like trying to squeeze thru a narrow passage at the grand canyon.
Ducking under and crawling thru in and around made me feel like i was a rattle snake then looking up thru the dense canopy i felt as if i was a plant mechanic ready to tune them up.
And thats exactly what i did. The ladys are feeling a lot more happier today with some leaves and branches removed.

Today marks the day the plants are 8 weeks old.
The ladys have been vegging for 6 weeks and flowering for 2 weeks.
They are now starting to burst with pistils and taking shape.
I am really excited to see them fatten up in the coming weeks.
The other day we removed a lot more leaves and branches, and also tied down a few that were getting too tall.

3 weeks of flower and they have stretched 24 in.
I did something i should of known better and neglected the plants for a day.
I missed a watering and one of the phenos went really droopy.
I feel really bad! They have since bounced back but i have to be more diligent.

Weekly update:
Week 9 - 6w veg / 3w flower

Girls are doing dandy. another few weeks and they should start adding some mass.
More branches were tied down and some cleaning up around the edges.

Weekly update:
Week 10 - 6w veg / 4w flower

The ladys have decreased there stretching and are now starting to put there energy into the flower and oil production.
Temps were a bit low in the grow space last week, Will be adjust temperature a bit in hopes to help those flowers form better.
Still about 4-6 more weeks for these ladys to finish.

6w veg / 5w flower.

The plants are growing and looking well.
I had removed some more branches that werent getting much light or were just way behind the others.
It was a bit warmer in the grow room and some leaves were drying out. Temps were lowered a bit.
These next couple weeks i am expecting the girls to put on some weight. I really cant wait.
Not really much else to say.

I'm trying my Blue Dream for the first time, it's been curing for a little over 2 weeks and I wanted to give it a try.

There's a beautiful blueberry smell after it's ground up, a little musky in a good way when heated. I'm vaping with a Volcano and there's not much taste.

I'll probably let it cure for another month before getting deep into the jar, it's a great strain and I want it cured completely. You're going to be happy in another month.

Getting ready to start my Blue Dream in a few days. Cant wait!
