Drain to waste

So I have a 2x4 tent I’m using coco in. I had to set up a drain to waste flood table in it. To catch all the waste when watering I had to raise the table to a level that really makes the tent tight. I’m wondering if you know a setup for just drainage that would work with 5 gallon smart pots? I’d like to
Find a pump that would suck the water out that doesn’t have to use gravity. So I could lower my drain trays or use floraflex trays.? I’m not sure an Aqua grow flow controller. Any help would be appreciated

I set pots on a shelf with expanded metal.

I use a 120v shurflo pump to empty out one big tray. Which is every two days. 8 gallon max tub(?).

I pour the waste to roses, trees, vines, grass. Its expensive stuff.

5 gallons of coco is a lil much too. 3 gallons of coco is more than plenty for large plants. I usually flower in 1 or 2 gals. Multiply your coco volume by 3 to get the same equivalent in soil.

So your pump sucks water out of the drainage and puts it into a container? Could you attach rubber hosing to it?

My next will be 7 gallon. I don't transplant. Don't believe in it. She'll fill the pot regardless with a small help. I keep track of root ball.

5 gallons work but you'll have roots puncture the bottom. Nothing happens but your pot getting holes in it.

I need 7 gallons. Two plants. Scrog.

Awesome! Thank you! So I could attach 1/2” rubber hosing to it and have it suck the water from a flood table into a bucket?

The fittings are 1/2". The clear hose with the criss cross string in it. Think about buying at least 10' of it. 5' on the inlet, 5' for the outlet. Also think about a filter on the inlet. Perlite will get in the drainage tub. It's not something to run through the pump.

How often do you feed in drain to waste? Feed -water, feed -water or feed every day?
