Drain to waste Drainage Reservoir

I have a 3x3 flood table what should I have it drain to and what is the best to empty this "drain reservoir" on the reg?

mine is piped to a floor drain next to the hot water heater

If you can't rely on gravity to get wastewater to a drain, you can use a condensate pump to move it
