Draft of Medical Marijuana Rules

For those of you who haven't seen ADHS has come out with a draft of the MMJ rules. They are asking for comments to see what the people of AZ want.

Please comment. Let's try and get some sensible laws and maybe make it realistic for at least one RIU member to have a dispensary.

Make sure to bring up the subject of privacy and confidentiality. I don't know if the current plan is to have the location of grow operations public or not, but if they are to be kept out of the public eye, then there should be some sort of penalty upon the state if the locations are "accidentally" disclosed. (I know- lots of luck, penalizing the state for screwing up. But it's done with HIPAA.)
