I'm new to ordering seed's this being my first year ordering. And i went with nirvana and all came through fine. But i have decided to grow Dr. Greenthumbs Irainan's next year and he has them i stock right now, and im wondering if i should order now because i'd rather wait till closer to next year when i plan on growing them. My fear is come time that they won't be in stock. Anyone know enough to tell me wether to order now or wait, main reason is cash right now.

seeds will remain viable for years if you keep them refrigerated (not frozen !)
i agree with frmrboi here.. i have more seeds than i could probably plant in a few years, i just keep them well stored and all..

as far as buying now or later, i've found that's it's usually better to buy now if you have the money as you never know what may happen to either the breeder or the seeds or your money or all three.. i don't know how many times i've said that i'll pick up this or that at a later time only to have say the breeder go under, the seeds no longer available, a mother plant of the cross dying, there's all sorts of shit that can and do happen in the seed world..
i've sense learned that if i want something, and it's in stock when i have money, i'm all over it..

Well i went ahead and placed a order with Dr. greenthumb and i have say he is a pleasure to do business with. Actually talking to the breeder himself is a big advantage IMO and his knowledge of his strains is great. Much better experience than any other seed company i've tried so far. Even giving huge discounts when buying in bulk. I think i have found my breeder..lol.

thanks for the input, the DR's Iranian has interested me for almost a year now!
when you receive your seeds, it would be great of you to share how they are packaged to prevent crushing.
i might have to give him a call one of these days, i have thought about it on several occasions so far.

i'll pm you about how he sends the seeds so that it's not out in the public for everyone and anyone to see, if you know what i mean..

i've said this in the past a few times myself.. i love how when you call the number, you get to speak directly to dr greenthumbs and not some secratary that knows nothing about seeds or breeding..
granted, he can sometimes be not the chatiest of people, but when you catch him in the right moods, he can and will talk your ear off, and he knows his strains inside and out..
i would love to hear someone who has ever called greenhouse seed co. and talked directly with arjan, don't know why you'd want to talk to arjan, except maybe to ask for your money back, lol, but i think that you get the idea..
dr greenthumbs is easily accessible and answers all emails and phone calls himself 95% of the times i've called or emailed him, which to me just speaks volumes about him and his company..

Exactly when i called he was like" Hello this is Doc." Kinda shocked me for a moment. But yeah i got a good feeling about him, by the time i got off of the phone i knew id done the right thing.

Any chance of getting you guy's tpo post some pics of greenthumbs gear from this year. +rep if you can.
hey tristy, check out a user on here by the name of dr gruber.. he's grown a ton of dr greenthumbs gear, and usually does more than kill it for sure.. he always has a killer grow journal on all of his grows as well which makes it easy to follow along with, and it's hard to argue with his results imo..

I just grew Doc's chemdog #4 link to my journal is in my sig, grew it along side rez's chemdog ibl and doc's is quite a bit more potent. Out of everything I grew the only thing that really came close in potency was sannies jack herer and its about equal potency wise but its a totally different buzz
