The picture and the description are not that of exodus cheese. It's a bit of a giveaway ;) If he had exodus cheese seeds, it would stand to reason he'd be able to post a picure of exodus cheese, not some random plant.

you just dont get it...sorry. EVOLUTION!! there is no more original exodus cheese...(even though you think you have it)there is no more pure g13...there is no more original white widow. (so is every company with a white widow description not exactly like mr.nice's black widow lying to you by marketing their product as white widow???) learn genetics ftw!!!

Umm, these other companies have crossed whatever they can to just abotu resemble mr nices black widow, they are frauds, just as all the companies out there who try and sell you "exodus cheese", the strain holds no patent, so they say fuck ethics and capitalise on a strain name. It's a rather well known fact.

You don't know where my clone came from, you don't know it's history or whether it has evolved. But yup, it evolved into something else in a decade or so, sorry if i don't buy into that theory.

I love it when people say they're done with a thread then jump straight back in to try argue some more :D

Nev an kangativa are testing Ortega g13.
They have said they believe the Hawian g13 he gave has real
G13 in it.
They have said Ortegas G13 seems to be pure g13 so far.
An soon they will give a smoke report an tell us if they believe it's pure g13...

i understand your premise...but i think the evolution of cannabis has made it impossible to have the original g13...seem to be the original...as close to the original as humanly possible...g13 as nevil remembers it...i understand. but we, as growers, have to understand that the original g13 is lost and can only be remade as g13 2012 or whatever new version comes around by isolating, the best g13 phenos within the current crosses available...that being said, i trust in mr.nice seeds to create the closest possible match...if i am misunderstanding this, please dont jump on me, just explain for me...

Another thread with happy Dr. GreenThumb customers........NOT. I am so tired of beating this dead horse! I'm seeing more and more complaints about him so tread lightly when purchasing his stuff.

I grew Sensi's G13/Hash Plant (I think that was what it was listed as) which is now become just "G13" I'm guessing. It was 1989/1990. The picture Doc has listed is the closest thing I've seen to the plants I've grown out- but that doesn't mean a thing. It could be a pic that was 20 years old. BUT I would never spend $200 for 3 beans. Figure on getting either 1 or 2 females at most for the money. After my experience with Endless Sky, I would never spend another dollar this guy. I used to think he was a "different" breeder- but I think they are all alike generally. It's a business and nothing more- make as much money as you can as fast as you can. Blame the growers if it turns out bad. The mantra is "say and do whatever you have to to sell the beans"!!!!!!

Lastly, today I find the Spanish seeds doing the most honest work i.e. Dinafem and Sweet Seeds to name a few. I don't know why that is, but that's my opinion. I continue to have great success with none of the bullcrap from these other guys.

lmao. dinafem...seriously?? i grew out docs es when i was like 12 and i had a small learning curve but people still ask for it to this day...if i only didnt have 25 other strains on hand to grow first, id be growing it now...grrrr.

If you search around, you'll see he lost the parents to his Endless Sky and it's become a dud when he produced new seeds again! I grew it out recently and was very unhappy with it and Kitty just grew it out and she was disappointed too. I've read many grow reports about it and these days, it's nothing special with lots of complaints. Years ago it may have been a terrific item. It seems the only people that are pleased are growing clones from OLD mothers...... there is a detailed thread here if you care to read my rants to Doc's wife where we get into it.

I said I got 2/11 germed....I also said those two are still alive and I have them growing right now...You prolly missed all that while you were making up bullshit stories to attach to what I said though right. See....This is why anyone who is considering ordering from DR. GT should take a moment and think it over. Look how stupid his supporters are...They can't even read correctly or remember who said what on a thread on a forum. So how can you trust them to give a good non bias review. As for Gruber, dude you're on just about every grow site I can think of pimping Dr. GT gear. You're so full of shit you stink. I wouldn't listen to a goddamn thing you have to say because you are obviously not a non biased reviewer. In fact, from what I can tell, you've never grown anything BESIDES Dr. GT. So you're input is rather worthless anyway since you have no experience with other less costly genetics.

I grow everyone's gear, rez, sannie, alpha, CC, chimera, sannie, ect....an example would be in my sig. I'm a bit busy to do full journals but I usually put up before harvest shots of most the stuff I grow...does this qualify me to give a non bias review of Dr. GT gear? Or will I be instantly discredited as a Dr. GT fanboy retard when I say Dr. Greenthumbs chem4 is some of the finest smoke I have ever grown, his OG and ECSD were also very good.

BTW current grow is Bodhi, Female seeds, Paradise and Motarebel so I'd hardly call me a fanboy~
Harvest shots comming next week either here or on icmag

I'm glad you had a good experience. I did not. Nor did a lot of others, but you wouldn't know because the same group of people spam the fuck out of every greenthumb thread about how great it is. The point I am trying to make that you seem to have a hard time soaking up is, his genetics are overpriced and you're not getting any guarantee of quality for the extra money. In fact, they aren't even guaranteed to germ and good luck getting replacements. And we all know s1 seeds (which is what all of his shit is) are a crapshoot and most of the time do not in fact come out exactly like the parent plant. Obviously all of us here are gonna do what we want in the end. But the people who get ripped by this jackass always seem to get flooded out by the GT spammers and their naysaying. Anyone who has something bad to say about the doc is automatically a troll or obviously has some personal vendetta against him. Which is not the case, its just ad hominem attacks from his "employees" diverting people's attention away from the real issues. Which is that his beans would still be overpriced for what you are getting at even half the price they are now.

Last post in here but my experience in a nutshell is, 2/11 seeds of his ecsd which cost me $200 germed. All others were duds. 1 of the living ones is a mutant, the other looks ok. We'll see how they turn out. But what I have seen so far is enough to never make me spend $200 on a pack of his crap again. Period.

I've grown out gear from several breeders, SOG,BOG,TGA,Serious,Snocap,Sensi,Mr.Nice,CaliConn etc...the list goes on. Never had germ issues in a pack of any of their gear and paid nearly half the price for all of it. :peace:

Long story short, if you have an IQ that is above your age, do your research, find a good breeder that isn't trying to bend you over and spend your money with him. You've been warned.

Well, all warning aside I ordered the Bubba OG. Called in the order, spoke with a woman and for the record, she was nice. I am trying to germinate 5 seeds. Let's see. If two of these pop then the other dude can shut it himself. lol. Who know's, a few days the joke may be on me. (it's someone else's turn. lol)

I feel the seeds were expensive. I feel that after my research, if I have similar results I am happy. I don't give a fuck if this guy is rude. I care about the genetics of these motherfucking seeds. I expect these seeds to be worth $200, and if I am all butt-hurt over my experience I will the first one to let everyone know.

As far as his fans. They have pictures and results. I found a lot of info on this site about Dr. Greenthumb and TGA subcool. I look forward to trying several strains from both.
