Day 90

18 days since the flip the flowers are setting in well across the canopy. Really impressed with Dr Earth dry amendments. BOO was defoliated yesterday, FMFX will be done this coming Monday. I feel like the 2 week feeding is smoother than the 3 weeks, moving forward I'll just stick bi-weekly top dress. Also increased watts from each light to 135 (270 watts total). Sitting approximately 41k to 42k lux across the canopy, giving us a DLI of 30.

Nice plants. I’ll be interested to see how the BOO turns out, I’ve got a handful of those here I need to pop.

Day 96

We're 24 days into flower and the sites are setting in good. Also we top dressed today. FMFX is on a 3 week schedule getting 2 tablespoons per gallon. The BOO is biweekly at 1 tablespoons per gallon, both get 1 tablespoons per gallon of EWC and a cup.of compost. We're on cruise at this point, and the Dr Earth is really shining. This top dress was 60/40 split of flower girl(FG) and Veg, FG heavy. Thinking of running this to the end, perhaps next feed may be just FG depending on how we look.

Yessir! Started early with the training.

You should give it a try, it's really impressed me. This is my first time using it.
Thank you, I’m gonna check them out for sure when I’m out of what I have. Heard a lot of good stuff about the premium gold

Here are a couple pics of my first grow using Dr. Earth exclusively. Started with the Home Grown, and then moving to Flower Girl as they enter flower. Only the big one getting FG so far. These plants are around 57-58 days since popping soil (the smaller, stretching plant is 10 days younger). Autos. Two that are flowering are Gorilla Cookie from Fast Buds. Other two are Cheese, from Barneys if I recall. Big GC is sort of taking over the tent. Impressed with her development in under 60 days. Loving the Dr. Earth. @1/4 cup every two weeks, which may be pushing things. We’ll see.

Day 110

We're kicking off week 6 of flower with our biweekly top dress on the BOO. Today it was 2tbsp veg 3 tbsp FG 5 tbsp EWC and a heavy cup of compost. This Dr Earth has been very easy and straightforward. Again for anyone starting, the Dr Earth recommended feeding schedule is where I would start. My other plant is fed every 3 weeks @2 tbsp per gal. But I feel she gets a little finicky at the end of that 3rd week. I'll stick to biweekly moving ahead.

Very uniform. I think ya nailed the scrog.

Suggestion...next scrog do a little less training under the screen after 1.5weeks in. When I first started using these floaters I was training plants under for almost 3 weeks before stopping. The result was a low canopy. Tight uniform growth like your seeing.

I've since backed off a little. By doing so I am seeing more developed longer colas. Not outta control colas but nice 10-12" spears poking upward. This slight adjustment has increased my Yeilds.

Ya can see the difference. This one is my first floaters. Trained her down hard all the way. Looks nice n impressive but only yielded a little over 5oz. Very low canopy. My thoughts were to low. So I adjusted that.

Compare that to a floater trained 10days and turned loose and I see a big difference. I love how this plant just pushed the floater screen up as it grew. Doing it's job all the way. I've obtained many longer colas and I'd put money on these producing more weight. IMG_20241011_190041363.jpgIMG_20241011_190102773.jpg
I still have a pretty even canopy it's just taller and deeper. This is where I like to get them. Big plant with excellent light penetration, compact, mobile, and higher yielding.

She's gonna be a pretty one. Still has weeks to go.

Day 29

Alright family we are rolling right along. Growing different cultivars is going to be fun and challenging. Already these young ones are hungry hungry hippos! I have a feeling they will be needing a heavier top dress, we will get them together. I'm taking a different approach to the training for a couple reasons. Space, time and stress. As you can see I cut back all the fan leaves and will be doing so throughout veg. This should help with our limited space until we are able to get a properly cull the males. I'm also really considering 10 gallon for the final pot, for watering and this will be a 1 plant show this round.
