whats your feelings on the cost of certs and renews? they vary in price. should there be a set standard price? do you feel some docs are getting wealthy off us patients?

It's not the doctors. It's just regular people..The doctors work for a company. The company charges you the price. Personally my doctor signs my paperwork for my card, so I don't have anyone dipping into my pocket except the state.
I have seen renewals for $75 in Detroit though, so that's not terrible. 2 years ago they were $150

They need to be paid for the appointment, and the risk for them is high. They deserve it. Not one person should be turned down though. Fuck all that meeting certain requirement to get it. No one should be denied to right to medicate and grow their own, no one. No jail for users, even if its just for recreation.

more people need to have the honest conversation with their doctor..
i know more about my endocannabinoid system than most docs i've talked to but they are usually open to understand their patients needs in many cases

I just paid $79 for my last renewal which I think is pretty reasonable. They also gave me a coupon for $69 next time. I think around $100 is fair but might be hard for some to pay that much and the $100 to the state.
