Got my first draft of my contract and so far only thing I dont like is they have my job title as master grower and I dont much like it. Now if thats my only complaint we are good to go. I get 24k a year plus 20% like i wanted of the rec grow and 15% (5 x what i had for my bottom line) of the oil lab.

Man I really like the guys I work for and we all want this to be a long term deal. We are looking at the ten years down the road part. This contract would be for 3 years and I am super excited to be a part of this after only two years out west.sweet deal doc....best of luck!
