Double germination helo

Had 2 Grape Mac regulars from Roc Bud Inc pop. Had fantastic germination as they taprooted in 24hrs and popped soil in 45hrs. However 2 separate specimens popped two separate "heads" or plants and I'm wondering if they just got stuck and they're like that forever or if I should make a speciation and then transplant separately. TIA

I personally would just remove the block of soil, chop straight down right between them and repot into 4 new cells and just see what happens. Fuck em if they die but hope they live haha.
