One of two things, it could just be plant septoria, or a cal mag deficiency, super early for both so it would be good to get on top of it. If you haven’t seen Mold or anything along those lines start with the cal mag deficient. Are you using any of those supplements? Spider mites would also be underneath the leaf if they are present

Spinosads in a spray, soak the entire plant(s)
After lights out with exhaust and high air flow

Never heard of it but Spinosad is well known very effective for thrips. Captain Jacks Dead Bug Brew or Monterey Garden Spray both have it. I'd get the concentrate not the pre-made spray.

End All looks like a pyrethrin based spray. Contact killer. Imo you're gonna be battling thrips your entire grow if that's all you use. Spinosad is a bacteria that infects the thrips and just devastates them. One and done, you want full coverage. Spray top of soil too. Do it at lights out or you could burn plants.

If I ever see pest, I alternate pymethrin and spinosads, to be fair, I've only had thrips and fungus gnats. I also mix mosquito bits in my soil mixes, for a little defense line in root zone
