Doseage for Epsom Salt foliar spray?

I can't find the doseage and it's been too long ago to remember.

I'm thinking it's around 2 tablespoons per gallon, does that sound right? I definately have a magnesium deficiency and it's pretty bad on two plants.

i foliar feed with Mg and i usually use 1tsp per gallon, but if you are having a defficency then i would def bump it up to 2

I just bought some and the label says for Houseplants mix one teaspoon per gallon of water and feed to plants every one to four weeks. I haven't used any yet myself. Wasn't sure if I got the right kind since it was sulphured but I might have been confusing that with the molasses.

It's a bag and I'd assume soil, but it doesn't specify... that was their instruction for indoor word 4 word. Heck, I didn't even know you could use epsom salts to feed the foliage.

It also says: for best results, water after usage. So it's possible they were referring to foliar watering.

go with 3 TBS per gallon and do that 1 time per day.. or 2 TBS/gal 2 times per day. Personally i would try to wait until the next feeding or watering... or if it was critical then I would flush the container. Then i would give it a feeding a nutes + a good dose of epsom salts.. like 2 TBS per gallon of water of epsom salts. It will be very important to let the container dry out after rewatering/flushing and such.

Feed it to the roots, not the leaves.

It works better that way. Make sure you actually have a Mg deficiency and not lockout, or something else.

Ok so im having a similar problem, Im not certain if it is a magnesium deficiency, i was told it was; Im having small burn marks, the tips of my plants are most certainly CLAW’d curling downward, and some of the leaves are coming in twisted?! I kind fucked up on my nutrients because of horrible information given on sites like these! I was told to give them fox farm Grow Big and this seems to work worse

is this guy out of his mind? thats WAY to much. i usualy do 1/4 teaspoon to 1 teaspoon per gallon lol. this dude trippin. 2 table spoons. 2 times per day? lol!!! thats why people shouldnt listen to everyone on the forums.

If you are working with coco coir, stir some vermicompost or topdress and just give a mild feeding so not to burn everything in the VM dead right away.
I am no longer using magnesium with every watering (never really worked well anyway). Maybe once a week or 2 just as a backbone and to keep the coco primed.

hey bro,ive been soaking my aquarium filter before i toss it.i noticed you mentioned that and youre right, it is killer for my vegging plants.what is your process? i have a 30gallon tank and usually change the filter every 2 weeks.i soak it in a gallon of water and use it over the course of a couple days.(1cup per plant,plants are in 1-1.5 gallon pots).so far so good,just wanted to hear your method

I just try to clean all the crud out into a bucket of old aquarium water. then put the filter back.
I want that water as black as I can get it. It is so mild and already broken down by bacteria that it will not burn your plants, not even seedlings.
It really put the colour back into my house plants.
