That's the root. It needs to be pointed downward.

point it down. some will say it dosen't matter let nature do its trick. but it seems alot easier if the root is pointed downward.

iv heard if the root is pointing up it makes it stronger??

no. sorry thats not true. with my experiences the root needs to go down. i have had the seedling come up with the root popping up an inch beside it like a U shape because i placed the root the wrong direction.

so dig it up and point it down??

no i wouldn't dig it up.
just wait... it might take a little longer to pop out of the soil.
all i did when the plants root was sticking threw along with the seedling was gently replanted it and it was fine.

i would never recommend digging up a seed that has already been put in the ground. too much risk of breaking the root and killing the fragile seedling.
just let nature do its trick.

100% positive you will have more success pointing the root down.
it will work either way though. i just have more luck pointing them down.
let nature do its thing it will work itself out.

yeah you can dig it up. i highly recommend that you don't. its just not that big of a deal, nature will work things out. but if you insist then be very careful

im not really getting what you're trying to say...
seeds take time to sprout. each one isn't going to sprout at the same time.

weed is crazy!! lol i rember when i got the seeds off the floor and all i thought they would not grow lol!! i gess i do got a green thumb lol

ya but i just looked in thir and got thos 4 seeds out and put them in pots and now thirs more with in liek 8 hours all th other are liek cracking on the side and i can see the white shit comeing out i bet by tommars thir will be more and why are all the lil seeds not doing nothing it seems liek the bigger the seed the faster

marijuana is fairly easy to grow, yes. an easy way to tell if the seed is good is to pinch it in between your fingers while they are dry. before germinating. this will easily tell you what seeds are good and bad.

the smaller ones prob didn't get enough time to ripen up.
im assuming you have some bag seed there?
