Pshh..Who even checks ph anymore. Use lots of microbes and good soil. I never check lol.

Over usage without clean/dry ruins it. Cheap but gives me general idea where

My bad..yeah definitely use paper ph strips or liquid drop test kit. Way more reliable. Less hassle.

yep, i have a bottle on hand just in case. they are harder to use now that i use liquid kelp: the brown liquid makes it hard to tell if orange, yellow, green. lol.

For sure man. I have found that quality paper test strips are accurate and easy to use with mixed dark nutrients. I spent years with blue lab pens and calibrated them for people at my job. They just aren't that reliable for the average home grow with the kinds of liquids people use them in and the lack of calibration etiquette. Just my 2 cents trying to save you some $ and time. The strips give you a darn near instant reading too!

maybe there is such a thing but if they made strips solely for hydro range: 5.5 to 6.1 if red, too low. if green, in that range if blue, too high. somebody could get rich.
