don't know whats wrong

I don't think its overwatering, I think it needs something just i dont know what?

2. watered about every 3 to 4 days dependinon dryness

i have the same problem with my plants i dont know whats happening plus im using fox farm soil and i still dont know whats going on

Your plants look heavily over watered. The roots can't breathe. What's your drainage like man?

when I water it I never have water come out from the bottom my pot is one that you can water it from the bottom. But I have never put so much that it drains out

You should water until you actually see water coming out the bottom. The pot absoloutely has to have drainage holes. Also you may not have enough aeration in the soil, perlite will help with this.

Yea I would throw her in a 3 gallon pot. And get some promix hp if your able to. Its has excellent water retention and drainage/aeration. If not put some perlite in it like dude said. And if you are not using any organic amendments then I would suggest using 3% h2o2 (hydrogen peroxide) when you water. Apply it at a rate of one cap per gallon along with your regular feeding regiment. You can pick it up at your local drug store for 3 bucks or so. What hydrogen peroxide does is it adds an extra oxygen molecule to your o2 (water) thus increasing the availability of oxygen to your plants roots system. In turn preventing any slight over watering. Note I said "SLIGHT". You still have to watch how much water you give your little guys. I usually keep em moist so I have a good o2/h2o ratio. Well I hope that helps you out a bit at least. I looked up in the bottom of the pot and I can see some ( just a little bit ) of the roots poking out. Could that be my problem? Is it possible that its root bound making the leaves turn yellow and drop off?

It looks like it might be rootbound. Fill the pot up with soil when you transplant. Don't skimp with the soil man.

Underwatering could be possible..
