Dont know whats going on with her, can you take a look?

Hello, just a little history on this plant. She was the only seed i found out of a bag of headies. Been getting this stuff for a while and was a big surprise finding a seed, so i had to give growin a try! She is growing on soil under 6 by 40W fluorescent tubes, cool and warm. I sexed her after a month and let her veg for another few weeks. She vegged under 24 hours of light. I switched to 12 and 12 a little over a month ago. Everything was fine, until a week ago her top cola started branching out everwhwere. And all her bud sites look kinda week. I do realise under fluorescent they dont grow near close to potential. Can you take a look at these pics, maybe you will see somthing i cant pick out yet. Very new to all of this so any suggestions will help. Any questions you have for me let me know. I dont know if i may have stressed this plant and caused it to hermi? More or less nutes? And I already know she could use stronger light, that is in the works, just kinda practicing for now.

That thing is crazy. Not budding like it should after 1 month. Has to be the lights. Anybody else?

How odd looking. I think I see pistils on the new growth....that could be great news...I would say you know what to do already....more lights and stay 12 12

Do you think i could take cuttings off some of the new growth?
