Dont know how to google this

I google this and other shit pops up so I'll ask to see if anyones tried it. Was thinking about getting a cooler and filling it with ice. I would cut a hole in the cooler to fit an inline fan snug. Then use some ducting to keep some distance from the heat and use it as an ac. Would this work and keep the ice cold seeing as it would be pulling the hot air away from the cooler. Obviously I should bust down and get an ac but I am asking, could I do this or should I buy an ac?

Even with an automatic ice maker you would need to drain and fill that thing like 10 times a day.
Get heat out of your room with fans and if that’s not enough buy ac

Yea I picked up a couple 1700 cfm window fans to hopefully help. Wanna finish my indoor grow and move outdoors for the summer and dont really wanna buy an ac yet since I wanna get a nice one that'll hopefully last.

Why not just buy a cheap small ac unit? Seems like more trouble than it's worth imo, I feel like the ice would melt a lot faster than you want it to. You could always put it up for sale on Facebook Marketplace afterwards.
