pleading the 5th in a civil case is different than a criminal case. In a criminal case the jury cannot infer guilt by pleading the 5th......not so in a civil case, the jury can infer what ever they wish.....

And the judge can allow the jury to consider trumps past statement about pleading the fifth in civil court :hump: :lol:
 
I think we should revoke the 5th amendment.

  • His long-time political adviser and pardoned felon, Stone
  • Disgraced and pardoned NSA adviser, Flynn
  • Talk-show villian/Trump coup collaborator, Alex Jones
  • Coming soon - Trump's sanctioned atty, Giuliani
  • Almost forgot, Lindsey Graham is coming soon too

I have a dissenting opinion. It’s the liberal in me.

All these totalitarians pleading it will get indicted regardless, and their having done so will bias the juries toward more severe penalties.
