It is very close, but I would give it, like racerboy71 said, another week or so and you will see what "done" is compared to where it is now. If you can't scope the trichs clearly, the overall appearance will darken and most of the hairs will darken a bit more and collapse back onto the bud. ( There will always be a few fresh hairs on a few newer flowers here and there, but that is normal)
When this has happened on about 85-90% of the surface of the bud, the trichs will start to go from cloudy to amber on the sugar leaf tips and edges, contributing to the "doneness" look of the flower. Hard to tell in a room with a HPS burning, so check with a more natural light source to see the true shade of the flower.
One other note. most, if not all plants have a staggered finish cycle ( for those that do not SCRoG). Take the "mains" as they finish and let the lower stuff have a bit more time. This pays off in better quality concentrate material for sure.
