The mystery ladies are crowning, but still on the stretch. Only been watered 3 times in a month pmsl. Once on transplant with some kelp extract and OHN, once around a week ago with FFJ + Lacto and every plant in my house and garden got a little bit of AACT 2 nights ago

Sunshine daydream, PK x Livers seedlings + cuttings from the mystery gals, 2 of which aren't such a mystery anymore, cos the sativa is defo a GGG Afghan haze bastard(so still somewhat of a mystery) and the one with the really fat leaves is a Fat Purple freebie from Hazeman. The other Indica is either Clusterfunk, Fat Purple or another Mystery Bodhi
These are Mosca seeds C99 Bx & Blue Iguana, which I'm donating to 2 mates on the understanding I can take cuttings off everything, just incase we find some fire
Got 5 visible C99's, the Blue Iguana are dragging their feet, it's only been a few days I suppose and I've heard they could be quite old seed stock, but not sure how true that is. There's a lot of rumour and skullduggery within the MJ seed industry IMHO

As predicted, its getting quite busy in the small tentEdit...............I used the gas lantern method for the lighting in veg(for the 1st time ever) and the visible transition into flower has been faster than I've ever noticed, with no lack of vigour

Hahaha, I've got 3 tent's, but as you said, I like to pack them in tight. My main tent will be coming down after this run, I fookin hate tents TBH, and i'll be using the full room with my DIY COBS. I gotta admit I'm a little nervous giving up the 3 x 600 HID I'm using in there, but the results I'm getting with the prototype COB light are quite impressive and easing my fears.
With regards to strains.........I'd been running Blueberry and Bubblegum cuts in mono cultures for years and while that is good for consistency of yield, it does become a bit dull. So I'm on a bit of a pheno hunt at the mo', hoping to find some real killer mothers and a few bad ass poppa's

and @DonBrennon did you aee my suggestion in regards to caclium phosphate i posted a few days ago? TUF mixed up his extract labels and called his calcium carbonate extract a calcoum phosphate extract. there is a miniscule amount of phosphates in egg shells but your plants would be overwhelmed by the amount of calcium before they ever noticed rhe available phosphate. I've always kept a charred and crushed bone extract as cal phos and charred and crushed egg extract as cal carbonate. i saw alot of talk about TUF and ppl using the name Pat which is a great name for a person hahahaha i really respect the name Pat. but anywho i decided to check his stuff out cuz we have parallel thinking and saw he dickard up the cal phos and yous guys are using a cal carb in hopes of water soluble phosphates. umm check in from scratch only last page. its just 1:1 charred then crushed bones and white wine vinegar set for a week to breath.

Yeah.............It's been a while since I did all the research for those recipes and do remember somebody picking up on the fact that you can't add phosphates to eggshells by charring them, they've got to be there to begin with, lol.
I'm only actually using 2 of their recipes now and was only using that particular one for a cal def.........the Immunoboost and the Flower fert (FFJ) are the one's I swear by. I've stopped filtering my tap water and just bubble it for 24-48 hours and usually add something organic before using, yucca extract at the bare minimum, in the hope that this is nullifying the remaining chloramines.
The Yucca extract is the only 'product' I'm using now, as a wetting agent.............do you have any easy recipes for a replacement?

opuntia flesh. it's a rapidly growing cactus that you may know of as prickly pear. you can toss it in the blender with with some water. i kind of thought of the idea recently because the flesh is high in vitamins, potassium (i think but have to check), and antioxidants as well as saponins. i think that's why aloe flesh was being used in tea. you can ferment it i guess to get the most out if it. i haven't done that i just puree it and filter out the pulp then run through a vortex and water it in. but yea experiment with your native plants first. i have opuntia and yucca growing wild and is very sustainable to forage.

As you can see, there are a lot of clear Trich's still and no sign of degradation

this is a for instance on a sustainable opuntia setup. they're less than a month from transplant and many of them are sporting new paddles. sry to drop a photo on your thread. my b.
i use two or three 6" paddles per 5 gallons of water. if you only harvest half of a paddle the flat cutting edge will push out 5 or 6 new paddles. wear gloves for sure.

They look awesome and I love the idea, but we don't quite have the climate for cactus here. It rains 365 days a year................or it seems that way, lol.
I do have loads of aloe vera, but I only get any growth out of them during the summer on a window sill. So it's a case of making sure I've got plenty of well rooted plants before summer, so I can build them up for use over winter. I'll have more room in my grow space when I've scrapped my tent and HID's, I might just dedicate a small corner just for aloe and maybe see if I can get hold of some of the opuntia..........it's ant idea anyhow.........cheers
