I didn't think there would be a shortage of volunteers.I am always here for your excess!!! Just let me know and i will come pick it up!
really? for some reason I find this one hard to swallow.. it seems that would put the dispensary owner at risk of breaking a law or two and losing a sale , I doubt that anyone would do that openly. If you have a dispensary you can trust I'd just run it up there and ask them to give it away as needed. I have a friend who
ran a dispensary for a while and he'd tell me stories about people literally crying to him that they can barely afford meds after
all their hospital/medical bills, I was able to confidently give him a few oz last winter for him to give away to patients truly in
need, I even got a letter of thanks that he passed on from one of them talking about how grateful they were.
It's definitely something that there should be an outlet for in the community, but it seems like it would be something very hard to
control and prove, but at least if you're doing it with the right intentions it should hopefully help someone out.
Yeah its a totally different scene now, I was even turned away from a dispensary when I renewed, new card came a little later than I thought it would, dude told me straight up he had half a million tied up in his shop, he couldn't/wouldn't sell to me, even though I had doctors papers and a certified mail receipt and my old card.Take it for what you want, but this was last year-ish before cameras were up and systems were locked down, the owner was also a personal
friend who actually gives two fucks about people and wasn't out to cash in on the green rush. Believe it or not there are caring people in the
community
It is illegal to sell to a renewal patient that has expired and does not yet posses their new red card. Why would a dispensary risk losing their business just to sell to you when you are expired.he couldn't/wouldn't sell to me, even though I had doctors papers and a certified mail receipt and my old card.
I don't remember saying it was personal but thanks for the info, you're time is valuable to me.......errr, your time is valuable to me.It is illegal to sell to a renewal patient that has expired and does not yet posses their new red card. Why would a dispensary risk losing their business just to sell to you when you are expired.
1st time patients can use proof of mailing, app, etc to purchase but not on renewals. It's not personal, it's just illegal.
