I would say they were being polite instead of saying he sucks.

Kanye also has a habit to bash the US in his lyrics. I think that is most likely the intended meaning.

Calling for the execution of the Central Park 5 before any evidence was brought forward, and when they were found to be innocent when someone else confessed to the crime and the city settled for wrongful imprisonment he doubled down on his vitriol and blasted the Mayor for settling the case.


Denying folks from his buildings because they were black.

His company was taken over by Nixons' justice dept. because he was racist.

I'm sure it has nothing to do with Kanye being a dipshit asshole that cant be trusted with a microphone.
 
I'm normally way off base here as I don't watch the news...

But I did watch the inaugural balls and there were black performers

Also the performances were fairly "traditional" with the rockettes erin boheme etc

And I can certainly see where kanyes style would have been out of place.


I was never in support of trump. But let's at least be realistic about his obvious shortcomings

And who ended up being guilty in that case? Same difference.

Congrats on getting back to the Nixon era. Everybody was racist at that time, right?
