just curious but what happens if you get bad seed stock from attitude this is what they say regarding contacting them

Just good to know, i really dont care as long as i get one plant that grows out of a pack even if its a male i could care less because i could use it if its worthy.
You have to know how to talk around the issue, to say what it needed to be said without actually saying it. I had a couple friends that has germination problems and emailed Attitude about it and were basically shot down with the we cannot talk about such things rule.
I asked them, at different times, haven't you ever watched "Goodfellas" or "The Sopranos" and noticed how they would talk about criminal acts, even murders, on the phone or in public but do it in a way that would not at all be incriminating? Something along the lines of ... I ordered several packages of your novelty items and when I inspected them, or when I attempted to try them I found there was a serious operational error evidently due to manufacturing errors ... or that were clearly damaged in shipment.
Then depending on what you are asked, like possibly order number or date etc. you give the information that is asked for but only the information that is asked for without any other filling in of details.
My friends gave it a try and they were sent a replacement order plus additional freebies.
They cannot talk germination or growing .. because it is illegal and they could be shut down. It is not an excuse to get out of helping someone with a problem, it is a way to remain in business, and they will not risk being shut down because someone insists on saying their beans would not pop or they grew like crap or whatever. Ending up with one upset customer is preferable to being shut down.
You just need to say what needs to be said in an indirect but still clear way and you will be helped. You need to follow their rule/guidelines of operation and if you won't and you do not receive help, that is your own fault. You have to play by their rules rather than make up your own and expect them to play by your rules.
